BIOGRAPHY

Gohan was born in the age 757 to Goku and Chi-Chi about a year into their marriage. He started out as a shy child who wasn’t as outgoing as his father. He was taken to Kame island to meet his father’s friends and teacher and he showed himself to be a charming, if reluctant child. 

His first brush with true danger was when he was kidnapped by his uncle, Raditz and it was at this point that he started to exhibit power that could rival his father’s. Piccolo took note of Gohan’s burgeoning powers and decided to hone his skill. To do so, he took Gohan to the desert where he had to train for six months surviving against hostile dinosaurs and other hazards. He came out of that experience a stronger character. 

He faced many other dangers with his father in the course of his childhood including defeating Cell at the tender age of eleven and before he became a teenager, he was able to even utilize his Super Saiyan powers. 

At the end of the Cell Games saga, he stopped fighting for a while instead choosing to go to high school where he met Videl and did his best to hide his immense powers. This is, of course, unsuccessful as Videl finds out his true identity and threatens to expose him if he doesn’t teach her to fly and fight. He has no choice but to relent. He teaches Videl and they both enter into the World Tournament. 

Teen Gohan’s biggest struggle probably came when he fought against Majin Buu who pushed him to his absolute limit. Finally, he was victorious and from there gained a new friend in Good Buu. 

Playstyle

Gohan is an absolute pressure monster and has the greatest damage output in the entire game. His ability to end games is unmatched and if an opponent isn’t careful, Gohan can end the fight in the twinkle of an eye. That said, his moveset is somewhat uninspired and his neutral game is quite poor.
