BIOGRAPHY

Krillin and Goku are both students of the great Master Roshi. The recluse master martial artist initially didn’t want to take the boys under his wing; unfortunately, he is also a huge pervert, which Krillin is aware of, and he uses dirty magazines to bribe Master Roshi to take him as a student. Krillin’s motivations to becoming a student aren’t the noblest as he wants to be popular with the girls, hence, his desire to become a martial artist.
Before he is accepted as a student of Master Roshi, he is tasked with bringing beautiful women to the Island. He eventually succeeds in this as he brings Launch to the island.
As a student of Master Roshi, he and Goku enter into the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament, where Krillin does pretty well, only falling to Jackie Chun, who is actually Master Roshi in disguise. After this, he and Goku go on several adventures, including facing up against some of the absolute monsters that litter the Dragon Ball universe.
Krillin is also something of the Sean Bean of the show as he has died quite a number of times, usually to the chagrin of his friend Goku who uses Krillin’s deaths as a means to power up. His first death was at the hand of Tambourine, a demon who is in league with Piccolo. Goku is incensed at the death of his best friend and levels up enough to defeat Piccolo and his cohorts. He is also able to revive Krillin with the help of the Dragon Balls.
Later in life, Krillin marries Android 18, and they have a daughter together. He stopped fighting as much, preferring to settle with his family. However, he was called back into battle in other sagas, including the Frieza arc, which was as intense as it gets.
Krillin and Goku remained friends, with their devotion to each other never diminishing for a second.
